If it does work on chrome but not firefox, you should check the z-index in the menu from firefox to make sure that nothing else is overlapping and blocking the clickable area. I had this same issue on one of my sites, it like generates differently across them it's a bit funny.

It doesn't work on Chrome either. I'll have to look up what the z-index is and how to use that--fingers crossed that that'll be the answer!
