Pearl wanted to play pirates, but our play didn't include pirates, only a wizardess learning winter magic and some wintry friends. No matter how Pearl pled, Lenora wasn't budging on the winter theme until I convinced Pearl to dress as Snegurochka, the Snow Maiden of Russia.

She wanted to add a blue unicorn to the play and even had her hair and skin blued!
