Question about the library (submitting stories for it)

So I checked out the library (book nook) and saw that the entries from the tinker story contest were in there. I would also love to submit a story to the library so I am wondering if it is possible to submit stories for the library at any time now and if not, is it likely someday we will be able to submit a story to the library in the future?
