Can't post bulliten

So, I try to post a bulliten on the bulliten section of my userpage (on mine it's, "how my vids are going") but I can't. I'm not sure if I forgot how or if it doesn't work. Can anyone help please? Thanks!

I guess so. It's the little notepad thingy where you make short notes.

I clicked on your videos thing link and it took me to the "activities" tab. I went to my own page's activities tab and made a post and it worked fine.

Activities were disabled for a while, they're back now. You can update them.
