"Under the Geranium Garden" Banner-Size Version, Gouache, February 2023.

I couldn't just leave my Jimin anatomy study without a background. Learning how to paint has changed the way I look at my process. Gouache might actually be better and faster than colored pencils for me.
As I mentioned in my previous (Tumblr) post about this painting, it is inspired by the style of Cicely Mary Barker's paintings of the Flower Fairies. If you like my art, you will definitely love her whimsical collection. Someday, my art will be at the same level as hers.
