Fairies stuck in forever loop even in reloading 2.0
The last few times I tried to log into 2.0 as either Holly, Strawberry or Gingko I got stuck. I tried clearing my cache, logging in and out and even using a newer browser, but nothing worked! All I did last was click the garden supply store, then this happened! Everywhere else I tried just put me back in the last meadow I was in! Please help?MoonFields replied at 2020-9-16 11:47

But isn't there a way to fix this without having to delete and remake my fairies or do we have to wait until Susie or any other devs fix this issue? Also, maybe it'd be a little easier to only make the locations that won't lead to a forever loading screen clickable? Homes and the Pixie Dust Tree I can fly to and no other place I clicked save Garden Supply led to this.

| Hello, I just wanna mention that any shop that aren't available in-game will make you stay in a loading screen until you refresh, but also because logging into 2.0 will land you on the last meadow you're in, you will be stuck in that same void area.

Other tips that are worth trying:
~close all tabs & apps, and then try getting in the game again, try accessing the game in incognito mode, re-enter the game link (the current 2.0 link is https://www.fairyabc.com/ph2009151/), try a different computer, restart your computer, shut down & re-open your computer, connect with a different network, reset your wifi-router
If none of the above get you into the game with the fairy you want, like Moonfields stated above, create a new fairy or message Susie (screenshots are always helpful) via PM or email at [email protected] Villiana replied at 2020-9-16 14:17

I'll try anything but recreating fairies first, since that'll be an absolute last resort. I'll even contact Fraszu to see if there's any other options she can provide after all simpler options fail because I've had these fairies for a few months and put too much work into them.

Same here! Who wants to delete fairies they've invested a lot of time in just because of a glitch?! :(
I just had the same problem with my first fairy. I did everything to try to fix it. Finally I had to PM Susie. I would PM Susie and see if she can fix it. Edited by MoonFields at 2020-9-17 05:46

The patch worked! All six of my 2.0 fairies can fly again!
