Sailor Neptune Cosplay!

But I wont spam the forums.... lol anyways here is a cosplay of Sailor Neptune! She is so cool! I always liked the outer sailor scouts the best! When I was watching the sailor moon anime (season 3 to be exact ) I was so happy they added more sailors! I think I did Sailor Neptune pretty well but what do you all think? Please let me know!
