So sorry you're having trouble making out the font! I enjoy using it because it's the Tinker Bell font but I totally understand it being a bit overly "flourishy" which can make it harder to make out. Here's the text:

Banner: "Fashion Contest Friday"

Base Picture: "Join in the weekly fashion fun: participate, observe, judge, or do a bit of everything! Each FCF has 4 rounds where participants race against the clock to complete themed outfits. Judges choose 1st, 2nd, 3rd place, & honorable mention winners rounds 1-3. Round 4 is a speedround. Come with versatile & forum-appropriate theme ideas to suggest for each round! Recap thread with pictures and award edits posted within 2 days.
