How to know when fairies will be in-game:

So let me know if this sounds familiar:
You have some free time from your mainland tasks, you'd like to catch up with your fellow fairy friends, you open the game tab and!!!!...the servers are empty. So you log out and for all you know your friends may be in the same boat but no one stays online because no one is online but no one can be online unless people come online and *gasps for air* well we've got ourselves a lovely catch-22 haven't we? :P And while events are lovely, it would be nice to also have a time to meet up with friends in-game without getting ready for a certain event/staying in a certain location/playing themed-games/etc.
So with that in mind - introducing... *insert awkward drumroll noises*
So basically F*A*I*R*I*E*S will be an announced time that people are planning to be in-game but with no event agenda. (It's literally just putting up a server, but letting people know beforehand so more people can plan to come online)
A host fairy will be responsible for running a server for at least half an hour as well as finding someone to be the next host fairy. The host fairy will put up an announcement thread a day or so beforehand letting people know that a F*A*I*R*I*E*S get-together is coming up with a clear title (not sure if we can use "F*A*I*R*I*E*S" since it has caps? but "F*A*I*R*I*E*S in-game meetup tomorrow @9pm" something like that), the logo ^, the server name, the date, and the time. And that's it : ) again this is not an event, it's a way to help people be online at the same time. Once the server is initially started if the host fairy has to leave sooner than other people, someone else is welcome to start a new one - the purpose of having a "host" is just to avoid confusion amidst someone needing to start the initial server haha.
I'll be hosting the first F*A*I*R*I*E*S but then will hand it off to someone else for the next one. Ideally, in-game someone can volunteer to host the next one and I can be like "Yo cool bro" and then they're in charge of finding someone to run the next one and so on - but I can also help organize things initially if needed. Preferably each gathering can change days and times to reach as wide a variety of people as possible. Also to not clog up the calendar limiting it to 1-2 a week might be best? And events have priority : )

I'm normally fine flying around and collecting ingredients, but I think this is a wonderful way to make sure more f*a*r*i*e*s can get together and hang out, without the pressure of a formal event. I'd love to be a host someday!
