Accidentally Double Posting
Sorry if this is in the wrong place but couldn't figure where else it would go. For the past 3-5 days, I'd go to post/reply a thread and a message would pop up saying I'm 'posting too fast' then a 'restore' notice would show. I'd click the restore and it would let me post but it posts twice... I'm not intentionally doing it...Edited by Pumpkin at 2018-9-27 07:00 PM
At one time I had that problem. I cleared my cookies/cache and things began working right again. If you accidently post twice you can also use a delete card. You can purchase it for 10 coins in the tools section and it deletes threads and post also. To find it go to Favorites on the forum page and then tools. In most cases your double thread gets neglected from being posted during moderation, try to follow up with an admin or a global moderator in regards of threads that you may want to remove due to double posting glitches.
Using magic like Pumpkin said is a way you can also remove an unwanted thread.
No need to feel embarrassed because it happens to all of us sometimes. mm.. I actually seem to have to same problem. | It happens on mine sometimes too. It might be because of clicking the buttons more than once, but I am not so sure...
| If that's the case, you can use the delete card on the Use Magic option. In threads, let the staff know if an extra thread needs to be deleted. o:
