Seaweed -- Troll?

Seaweed in-game has been sending weird sentences and 'trolololol' sentences, along with zipping around crazily. Possibly a troll.

She accused us of being mean when we were only trying to tell her to stop trolling, it's not the way to make friends. She keeps spam-whispering "trolololol" as 'payback'.
