Nonactive accounts will be closed after time. I am not sure exactly how much time but I think it is after several months of not logging in.

i am thinking that you could tell the admins and they could do something about that situation. maybe you can just create a new fairy

if an account is not active for a VERY long period of time it will be deleted to save space. however that's mostly done for old never-been-used-much accounts anyway. if you want to deactivate/delete an account, you should talk with a staff member who can help you.
