I can't enter the Hollow [SOLVED]
Edited by RaeCollins at 2018-6-13 14:45Today i was going to start playing in-game, but after i had logged in, I found that i couldn't enter it. All that was there was a black screen and a Choose File option, not unlike what you can click in Custom Scene to pull up pictures.
I took a screenshot of it:
And I have also refreshed and logged out in hopes of fixing the problem. If you have any answers or advice to fix it, please tell me.
UPDATE: I tried out the 2.0 teaser and that worked, but the 1.0 version is not.
UPDATE!!: It is now workign again after over two hours of trying.

Hmm, just tried and it didn't work. If you zoom into the bottom right corner, you can see the Choose File option. Is it before or after it loaded? Before or after the 'one moment' screen? I'll try to replicate the problem in Chrome. Teresa replied at 2018-6-13 13:54

After you log in and click whether you want to try out the 1.0 version or the 2.0 teaser. Once i click the 1.0 game, it doesn't even show the 'one moment' screen. It just goes straight to the above picture. Edited by Teresa at 2018-6-13 14:05

So far seems to be working for me in Chrome, at least in private browsing. Try opening a private browsing window and playing through there.
Is there another device you can try to play on?
ETA: do you have any kind of browser blockers enabled?

I went into Google Chrome incognito mode and it worked. In the default mode, it doesn't.
