fixed it for you. it was the link. it didn't play because start time is not supported.
if the youtube link goes like

or
https://youtu.be/NH2-f78anQE?t=5s
you may just take the "NH2-f78anQE" code, drop the "&t=25s" or "?t=5s" part Fzrasu replied at 2018-6-4 00:27
