Download the image/gif you want onto your computer, and then you'll need to convert it using an image hosting site (Imgur and tinypic are good options.) Copy the direct url for the image. When you DIY your page and have selected the block where you want it to be, click the image button and paste the link. Save everything, and the image should show up! Hope this works for you.

You can also go to: https://giphy.com/
And from there copy links of gifs, then in the image url copy and paste. Hope this helps.
