Hi Pixies! This July, Talent Month is returning to Fabc! Talent Month, as the name implies, is a month-long multi-event commemoration of the talents of Pixie Hollow. There have been three Talent Month celebrations prior to this year in 2017, 2018, and 2022. In the first two iterations we held events for the main 1.0 talents, but in 2022 we implemented something a little different that celebrates the full vast array of talents!https://i.imgur.com/XfBUyG6.png

For a month-long commemoration dedicated to celebrating them, each event is structured to encompass and honor an overarching category of talents in order to pay proper tribute to everyone and the unique abilities that they bring to the Hollow.https://i.imgur.com/uWZWppJ.png
The Nature Talents (Animal, Fast Flying, Garden, Light, Water, Weather, Winter)
The Safeguard Talents (Clapping, Dust, Minister, Protecting, Queen, Scout)
The Craftsmanship Talents (Art, Mining, Scent Creating, Sewing, Storytelling, Tinker)
The Culinary Talents (Baking, Cooking, Kitchen)
The Service Talents (Healing, Helper)

Almost all of these talents have sub-talents of their own (listed lower), truly showcasing the intricate skills each Pixie gifts to the community. Thank you for everything you do to support Pixie Hollow, and thank you for being you; your presence and your talent are a vital light in the Hollow, and this month is to celebrate that.

Along with Talent Month comes the return of Art Fest and the Forum Fashion Contest! These are friendly competitions for artists, writers, crafters, and fashionistas alike to showcase creations inspired by the talents of Pixie Hollow. Full detail threads coming soon…
At the final Talent Month event, the Talent Gala, there will be a Talent Show as part of the evening. Everyone will have the chance to explain their fashion ensemble or, if they want, can showcase a talent! This could be a short story, a skill, a short skit, something comedic, etc. Feel free to collaborate with friends and prep for the Talent Show during the month! FCF will return to its usual schedule in August.*Note 2: Some events may have drawing game after-parties for those who want to participate.*Note 3: I cannot thank the hosts & contributors of this year's Talent Month enough.
